Each destination carries its own regulatory context: projects in the Netherlands and the Caribbean Netherlands (Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba) are engineered to the Woningwet and screened against AERIUS nitrogen thresholds, Spanish and Portuguese projects are engineered to the CTE’s nearly-zero-energy (NZEB) requirements, and Portuguese housing programmes increasingly draw on PRR-backed financing. Zenith3E coordinates the complete chain, from the factory in Radomsko (Poland) to the building site. For Europe by semi-trailer, for the Caribbean and overseas markets by 40’ sea container.

The mineral blocks are dry-clicked together, without cement, adhesive or water. On average 4.5 minutes per m² of wall. This makes construction fast, clean and easy to plan, even at scale.

The certificates, reports and execution guidelines are the official documents of System3E, the manufacturer. Zenith3E delivers the package and trains the building crew.
The projects page offers the official System3E documents: the declaration of performance with CE marking, the REI 240 fire test report from an accredited institute, the technical data sheet, the execution guidelines and the logistics card. The blocks and systems are shipped directly from the automated System3E factory in Radomsko, Poland, by road or by sea. For Caribbean projects delivery is by sea container, including import and customs handling to Bonaire, Curaçao, Aruba and other islands.
