Zenith3E (hereinafter: “Zenith3E”, “we” or “us”) attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This privacy statement explains which data we collect, why we do so and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Which data we collect
Through the contact form on our website you provide the following data yourself:
- Name
- E-mail address
- Phone number (optional)
- Organisation name (optional) and type of organisation
- Number of homes in your project
- Location or market (optional)
- The content of your message
In addition, two items are recorded automatically when you submit the form: the IP address from which you send it and the page from which the form was submitted. We use these solely for abuse prevention and to follow up your enquiry in the right context.
Our website places no tracking pixels and loads no external advertising services. Fonts are served locally from our own server and send no data to third parties.
Statistics and cookies. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are viewed, so that we can improve the site. This happens only if you give explicit consent on your first visit. Until you do, no Google script is loaded and no cookie is placed. If you do consent, Google Analytics places the cookies _ga and _ga_<measurement id> with a retention period of at most two years, and your IP address is processed in truncated form. No advertising or profiling features are used. You can withdraw your choice at any time by clearing the stored website data for zenith3e.com in your browser; you will then be asked again on your next visit.
3. What we use your data for
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Answer your information request or appointment request
- Follow up in the context of a possible cooperation
Enquiries are stored in a secured, access-restricted relations administration on our own server. We never use your data for third-party commercial purposes, we do not sell your data and we do not pass it on to other parties without your explicit consent, unless we are legally obliged to do so.
4. Legal basis
The processing of the data you provide through the contact form is based on your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)); the form states that by submitting it you agree to this privacy statement. The recording of IP address and source page and the handling of your enquiry are based on our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
For business e-mail to company contacts we rely on legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), in accordance with the Dutch Telecommunications Act. Every business e-mail contains a simple opt-out.
5. Retention period
We retain your data as long as necessary for handling your enquiry and a possible cooperation, with a maximum of two years after the last contact. After that, the data is deleted.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure. The contact form transmits data over a secure connection (HTTPS) and the relations administration can only be accessed with personal credentials.
7. Your rights
- Right of access: you can request which data we hold about you
- Right to rectification: you can request correction of incorrect data
- Right to erasure: you can request deletion of your data
- Right to restriction: you can request that processing be restricted
- Right to data portability: you can request your data in a common format
- Right to object: you can object to the processing

We reserve the right to amend this privacy statement. The most recent version is always available on our website. In the event of significant changes we will inform you by e-mail if you have contacted us before.
